Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday,

May 17, 2023, at 7:02 p.m. (UT), Big Water Municipal
Corporation will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the Town
Hall, located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah,
84741.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S:

The Town proposes to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent
Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to purchase a new quick response
vehicle, this vehicle will replace the old quick response vehicle that is
over 20 years old and has over 250,000 miles on and is no longer able to
fully accomplish what is required by the Big Water Fire Department.

At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may
appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard
either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a
reasonable amount of time to comment.
