Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday,

January 15, 2025 at 7:01 p.m. (UT), Big Water Municipal

Corporation will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at Town Hall,

located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, 84741.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S:

 

– To Amend the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual by adding a Prohibition of Bias-Based Actions Policy, Section 21, and;

– To Amend the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual by adding to Section 2.4, subsection F: Hiring Process and Town Council Resolution for Statutory Employees

 

 

At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a reasonable amount of time to comment.
