Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday,
September 18, 2024, at 7:01 p.m. (UT), Big Water Municipal
Corporation will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at Town Hall,
located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, 84741.
PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S:
– Updates to the Big Water Personnel Policy & Procedure Manual to bring Sections 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.6, 10.11, 12.1 and 12.3 up to date accommodating changes within Big Water Fire & Rescue “Employee Status, Work Week, Workdays, Work Hours, Overtime Pay, Pay Periods, & Minimum Wage & Pay Scale.”
At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a reasonable amount of time to comment.
