Notice is hereby given that on

at Big Water Town Hall located at
60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah,
Big Water Town Council
Will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in
Consideration of the following:
*Zone Change from RE-2 to RE-1*
In which an application has been submitted by SITLA (School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration) for SITLA land located within Big Water Town limits. This application is being considered to change the current zone of the property shown in the attached map from Residential Estates 2 (RE-2) to Residential Estates 1 (RE-1)
At the time and place set forth above, all interested people may appear will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each person will be limited to a reasonable amount of time to comment.
